Process of Photosynthesis

1.The energy for photosynthesis comes from light.During photosynthesis, plant leaves take in carbon dioxide  from the atmosphere


2.We all know that the source of life on earth is the sun.But did you know that without photosynthesis the energy derived from the sun would be wasted,leaving behind a lifeless plant.

3.The synthesis of complex organic materials esp. Carbohydrates, from carbon dioxide, water, and in organic salts, using sunlight as the source of energy and with the aid of chrorophyll and associated pigments.

4.Photosynthesis provides us with most of the oxygen  need in order to breathe .We , turn in exhale the carbon dioxide needed by  plants .Plants are also crucial to human life because we rely on them as a source of food for ourselves and for animals that we eat.

5.Photosynthesis is a process  in which green plants use energy from the sun to transform water ,carbon dioxide and minerals into oxygen and organic compounds. It is one example  of how people and plants are depending on each other in each other sustaing life.
